Welcome to Council Classifieds
Council Classifieds is the place to donate, trade or sell items to and between nonprofit agencies.
It's also the place to post an announcement that your organization is looking to make a purchase, rent office space, etc.
What types of things would be advertised here?
Office furniture
Supplies (e.g. binders)
Computer equipment
Office space
Other items
Classifieds is not the place to advertise services you provide. That is done on VendorSource and advertising discounts are available to Council members. Classifieds is also not the place to post that you have a job opening or are looking for a job. Job postings can be made on JobSource. Classifieds is also not the place to list events your organization is holding. Those can be listed free of charge on the
GKC Events or Nonprofit Training Calendars.
Any user of KCPHILNET is welcome to post ads (at no charge) for items they would like to donate, trade or sell or items they are looking to acquire.
Once an ad is submitted, it will be approved by the Council prior to posting. This is done to maintain the integrity of the Classifieds.
The Council offers the Classifieds as a community service, and is not responsible for any items and/or transactions and does not retain copies of ads.
Inquiry calls should be made to the posting contact, not the Council.
Posting Instructions
Decide whether your ad will go in the Items Available or Items Wanted section.
Click the Post Ad link in the dark gray bar.
It is not necessary to click the Subscribe to Classifieds link. Doing so will cause you to receive an email every time an ad is posted.
Complete the online form, including page two where you will list your contact information-email is required, phone number is optional. You also have the option of attaching a photo of the item to your ad.
